Role:

We're looking for motivated and detail-oriented 1st Shift Setup/Feeders to join our dynamic team.

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM; Friday, 6:30 AM to 11:00 AM Workdays you'll love: Enjoy early Fridays while still working a full week!

What You'll Do:

This position plays a crucial role in keeping our production lines moving smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing machines for production by entering the correct data and configurations. Feeding raw material into machines for processing. Ensuring orders are correctly positioned and sized for seamless operation. Coordinating with forklift drivers to minimize machine downtime. Cleaning printing formats during active job runs. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Performing additional tasks as required or directed by your supervisor.

What We're Looking For- Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years old. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Authorization to work in the United States. The ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. 2 years of experience working in similar manufacturing roles.

A positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Attention to detail and commitment to safety. The ability to thrive in a production environment.
