Production Equipment Operator:

Operate and monitor production equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) Oversee daily equipment operations to ensure safe and efficient production Lead and support production operators during shifts Assign tasks and provide guidance on equipment operation and safety practices Perform equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance Troubleshoot equipment and operational issues to minimize downtime Coordinate repairs and communicate maintenance concerns as needed Monitor production output and product quality standards Ensure compliance with workplace safety and environmental regulations Complete production logs, maintenance records, and operational documentation Support continuous improvement initiatives and efficient workflow processes Skills and Experience What You'll Bring as a

Preferred Candidate:

3-5 years of equipment operation or manufacturing experience, ideally in battery manufacturing, chemical processing, cleanroom or industrial production, or green energy/sustainable materials environments. Previous lead or supervisory experience Strong leadership and communication skills Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability Experience using hand and power tools Basic computer skills including Windows, Excel, and production reporting systems Ability to work in industrial manufacturing or processing environments Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physically demanding work Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Ability to work day/night/weekend or rotating shifts High school diploma or GED equivalent We don't hire temps, we hire
