Our Elizabethtown facility is expanding, and we are building a strong production team focused on safety, quality, and efficiency. Pay & Benefits $17/hour Overtime available Health, dental, and vision insurance (Company Supported) Simple IRA with company match Paid time off Paid holidays Training and advancement opportunities Schedule Full-time, 8 hour shifts Afternoon - 2nd Shift, 3:00pm-11:30pm (30-minute Lunch) Overtime as needed What You'll Do Operate blow molding machines and production equipment Monitor product quality and perform basic inspections Make minor machine adjustments and report issues Assist with setups and changeovers Keep work area clean and organized Follow safety and quality procedures Assist with inventory handling and material movement What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Manufacturing or machine operator experience (preferred) Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Reliable and team-oriented Physical Requirements Ability to stand/ walk for extended periods (8-12 hours) Lift up to 25-50 lbs as needed Work in a production environment Apply Today Join a growing team and build your career in plastics manufacturing.
