PM Job Type:

Full-Time, Direct Hire Responsibilities Assist with the kayak molding and production process Use power tools and other equipment as needed Follow production instructions and quality standards Inspect work to ensure products meet quality expectations Lift and move materials throughout the production area Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work with team members to meet daily production goals Qualifications Experience using power tools preferred Previous manufacturing or technical experience a plus Comfortable performing hands-on, physical work Ability to lift 50-75 pounds Basic computer skills Strong work ethic and positive attitude Reliable attendance and ability to work well with a team High school diploma or GED preferred
