$21.00 per hourSchedule:

Job Duties Operate a multiscreen mixing system that controls numerous components to ensure production has batch material in a timely manner. Stock the mezzanine with raw materials for the shift and set up for the next shift. Work with truck drivers to offload material to silos. Communicate with the Team Lead to ensure proper schedule demands can be achieved through batch production. Maintain the inventory system by adjusting it at each batch's production. Support maintenance by operating the mixing system and inform the Team Lead if mechanical/electrical problems occur. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments. Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required. Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety. Preferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred. Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Mixing Operator. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
