Job Description

Position Summary IFAB Corporation is seeking motivated and dependable Production Associates to join our Weekend Shift manufacturing team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced metal fabrication environment supporting a variety of production operations. Based on your experience, skills, and business needs, you may be assigned to one of the following production areas: Laser Doffer Laser Operator Clinch Nut Operator Clinch Nut Helper Press Brake Helper Hand & Coil Stamping Operator Hand Stamping Operator Stamping Die Setter Stamping Helper Successful candidates will receive position-specific training and will work closely with production supervisors to ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are achieved. Key Responsibilities Production Operations Perform manufacturing tasks safely and efficiently according to established work instructions. Operate or assist in the operation of production equipment based on assigned department. Load, unload, inspect, and handle metal components throughout the manufacturing process. Maintain production quality standards while meeting daily production goals. Equipment Operation Operate production machinery and equipment after completing required training. Perform basic equipment inspections and report mechanical issues to supervisors. Follow machine safety procedures and standard operating practices. Material Handling Move raw materials and finished products throughout the production process. Maintain proper identification and organization of materials. Assist with loading and unloading parts as required. Quality & Safety Follow all IFAB safety policies and wear required PPE at all times. Inspect parts for quality and report any defects or production concerns. Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S principles. Teamwork Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to achieve production targets. Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a positive attitude. Perform other production-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Required High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift. Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attendance. Preferred Experience operating manufacturing equipment. Experience in metal fabrication, stamping, laser, or press brake operations. Forklift experience is a plus. Ability to read basic measuring tools and work instructions. Work Schedule Weekend Shift (3rd Shift) Friday - Sunday 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM Three 12-hour shifts per week (including a 30-minute unpaid meal break). Why Join IFAB? Competitive pay based on experience.
