Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic chemical manufacturing team as a Production Associate and be a vital part of creating high-quality products in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. In this role, you will support the entire production process, ensuring efficiency, precision, and adherence to safety standards. Your hands-on skills and mechanical knowledge will contribute directly to the success of our manufacturing operations, helping us deliver excellence to our customers every day. Duties Operate forklifts and safely to move materials and components throughout the manufacturing facility Use measuring instruments and interpret technical documents to ensure precise quality standards are met Assist with mechanical assembly tasks, including manual handling of heavy parts. Follow manufacturing processes and production documents accurately to maintain consistency and quality control Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas to uphold safety standards in accordance with safety protocol guidelines Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions for lean manufacturing practices Manage inventory movement within the warehouse, including managing heavy lifting tasks and ensuring proper storage of materials Qualifications Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred. Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and measuring instruments Familiarity with interpreting technical documents and production documents to ensure accurate assembly and quality checks Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment; forklift certification is a plus Strong understanding of safety standards in production environments, including safety protocol adherence and manual handling procedures Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail during assembly tasks Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, process improvement strategies, and manufacturing management practices is advantageous Join us as a Production Associate where your technical proficiency, safety awareness, and proactive approach will drive our manufacturing excellence forward!
