Job Description
Seeking a reliable, organized Production Assistant for fast-paced overnight shoots starting immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Purchase and organize crew snacks, meals, batteries, and production supplies
- Handle runs and miscellaneous production needs
- Track crew hours and collect signed time cards
- Maintain spreadsheets and assist with production paperwork/carnets
- Support producers and crew with general on-set logistics
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation and personal vehicle
- Comfortable driving for production needs
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Able to work overnight shoots and handle fast-paced environments
- Starts immediately Previous production experience preferred, but not required.
