Thursday:

10:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. Starting pay on 3rd shift: $17.50 an hour We are seeking a reliable and skilled Production Associate with experience working with micrometers / calipers to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating grinding machinery to meet production and quality standards, performing routine checks, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor grinding machines to meet daily production requirements Perform quality checks to ensure finished parts meet specifications Maintain equipment and perform basic troubleshooting when needed Follow all safety policies and procedures Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:
