Print Production Team Member Location:

Print Voyage Must be 18 years or Older Print Voyage is looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to join our growing print shop! If you enjoy working with your hands, learning new skills, and being part of a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Operate and assist with screen printing, DTF, embroidery, and other production equipment Prepare garments and materials for production Package and inspect finished orders for quality Maintain a clean and organized workspace Help with receiving inventory and organizing supplies Work efficiently to meet production deadlines Assist with other shop duties as needed

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old Must know how to operate a manual screen printing press Must know how to coat, burn, reclaim, and prepare screens Basic computer knowledge Reliable with a strong work ethic Positive attitude and willingness to learn Able to stand for extended periods Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Good attention to detail Works well independently and as part of a team Previous print shop or production experience is a plus, but not required—we're willing to train the right person!
