Job Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Associate on 3rd shift, where your hands-on skills and mechanical aptitude will drive the production of high-quality products. This role offers an energetic environment focused on efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement. As a key player on the assembly line, you'll contribute to the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility by performing a variety of tasks that ensure timely and accurate production processes. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help us meet our goals while fostering a collaborative and energized workplace. Responsibilities Operate forklifts safely to move materials within the warehouse and manufacturing areas, ensuring proper handling and storage of inventory Assist with assembly line tasks, including assembling components using hand tools and power tools to meet production specifications Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify mechanical issues or maintenance needs, supporting continuous operation Utilize hand tools and power tools for assembly, disassembly, and maintenance activities with precision and safety in mind Maintain accurate records of materials movement, production progress, and quality checks throughout shifts Support warehouse organization by stocking supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring a clean, safe work environment Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues on the manufacturing floor and implement process improvements Skills Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory environment with familiarity in assembly processes Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and forklifts confidently Strong understanding of warehouse procedures, inventory management, and safety protocols Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining efficiency on the assembly line Hands-on experience with factory equipment maintenance or troubleshooting is a plus Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team-oriented setting Prior experience with warehouse operations or manufacturing processes enhances your fit for this role Join us as a Manufacturing Associate and become part of a vibrant team dedicated to producing quality products efficiently. $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
