Part-Time Production Associate

About Us Coastal Candle Co. is a growing family owned small business focused on hand-poured, non-toxic candles and home fragrance products inspired by coastal living. We're looking for a dependable team member to help support our production in the shop. Position Overview We are hiring a Part-time Production Associate to assist with day-to-day production. This is a hands on role ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, staying organized, and being part of a positive team environment. This position is best suited for someone who is self-motivated and able to stay on task without constant supervision. Responsibilities Production of non-toxic home fragrance items. Maintain consistent product quality & attention to detail Assist with organizing inventory and supplies Keep workspace clean and efficient Support order fulfillment as needed Qualifications Dependable and reliable - shows up on time and ready to work Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Self-motivated and able to work independently without needing to be micromanaged Strong attention to detail "quality is very important" Comfortable with repetitive hands-on tasks Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25-50 lbs.
