  • 1st Shift Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm Opportunity SourceNow is hiring Converting Operators for a manufacturing facility.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term growth potential. Candidates will train and remain on 1st shift.
Pay:
$17.00/hr $1.00/hr attendance bonus

Shift Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor converting machines used to cut and finish materials Inspect finished products for quality defects Record production and machine data accurately Follow all safety procedures and work instructions Maintain a clean and organized work area Support production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Qualifications:
Basic math skills and strong attention to detail Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Manufacturing experience preferred Reliable attendance and willingness to work assigned shifts
