Manufacturing Production Associate Pay:
$26.98 per hour

In person Position Overview We are seeking dependable, safety-minded individuals to join our manufacturing team as Manufacturing Production Technicians . In this role, you will support the production of carbon and graphite products using industrial processing equipment and established manufacturing procedures. The work includes equipment operation, material handling, production monitoring, documentation, housekeeping, and hands-on physical tasks within an industrial environment. This is a good opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work, learns equipment and processes quickly, and takes ownership of doing the job safely and correctly. What You'll Do Operate production and mobile equipment used in the manufacturing process. Handle, move, sort, and stage raw materials and finished products. Support extrusion, die molding, and related carbon manufacturing processes. Follow established operating procedures, work instructions, specifications, and safety requirements. Monitor equipment and production conditions and recognize when a process or product is outside established specifications. Report abnormal operating conditions, equipment concerns, or quality issues to supervision. Perform routine operator-based and autonomous maintenance activities as required. Complete production records, equipment documentation, and other required paperwork accurately. Identify material grades and markings and properly separate materials for production and inventory control. Maintain clean and organized equipment and work areas. Safely operate forklifts or other mobile equipment when trained and authorized. Assist with training other employees after demonstrating proficiency in assigned processes. Perform other production-related duties necessary to support department and facility operations. What We're Looking For Successful candidates should be able to: Work safely in an active industrial manufacturing environment. Follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and other departments. Learn manufacturing processes and equipment with limited supervision after training. Work independently while also contributing as part of a production team. Organize and prioritize work throughout the shift. Identify problems and respond appropriately when operating conditions change. Maintain accurate production and process documentation. Perform basic manufacturing math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals. Demonstrate reliable attendance and consistent work habits. Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and maintain strong attention to quality. Physical Requirements This is an active manufacturing position. Employees must be able to perform physical work associated with industrial production, including: Standing and moving throughout the work area Walking up and down stairs Climbing ladders when required Lifting and handling materials Pushing and pulling Grasping and manipulating materials, tools, and equipment Working around industrial production and mobile equipment Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED Strong attention to detail Ability to organize and prioritize multiple responsibilities Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Willingness and ability to learn new equipment and manufacturing processes Strong commitment to workplace safety and product quality Preferred Experience Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
