In this role, you'll support integrated marketing and communications programs by preparing accurate, production-ready assets across print and digital platforms. From refining layouts and managing files to collaborating with designers and cross-functional teams, you'll play an essential role in ensuring creative work is polished, technically sound, and delivered seamlessly. Responsibilities:

Other responsibilities may be assigned. Build and finalize mechanical files for print and digital production according to established specifications. Prepare artwork using grids, typography, color, and layout standards to ensure technical accuracy and visual consistency. Apply and maintain multiple brand guidelines across various client deliverables. Prepare digital files for distribution across platforms, ensuring correct formatting and resolution. Compose and adjust digital image artwork using production tools such as Adobe Photoshop. Verify file accuracy prior to release to ensure compliance with technical and vendor requirements. Manage multiple production priorities to consistently meet deadlines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production workflows. Communicate proactively regarding file readiness, revisions, and production timelines. Maintain organized project files and asset libraries to support team efficiency. Support version control and quality assurance standards throughout production workflows. Coordinate production deliverables with external vendors to ensure quality and timely execution. Establish and maintain vendor relationships to support reliable service and production outcomes. Manage and curate creative assets (fonts, images, graphics, video, and audio) to maintain organized media libraries. Monitor asset usage rights, subscriptions, and file organization standards. Identify opportunities to streamline production workflows and improve efficiency. Maintain working knowledge of production standards, file specifications, and emerging delivery formats. Stay current with evolving print and digital production technologies and workflows.

Skills/Qualifications :

3+ years of professional experience in a creative production or marketing environment. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Working knowledge of typography, layout structure, and production standards. Demonstrated ability to produce accurate , production-ready files. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance. Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced production environment. Strong organizational and file management skills. Experience coordinating with vendors and managing production deliverables preferred. Familiarity with digital asset management and production workflows preferred. Working knowledge of AI-assisted production tools (e.g., resizing automation, file formatting tools) preferred .
