Job Description

Drylock Technologies is a global leader in private-label hygiene products—including diapers, feminine care, and adult care—known for innovation and sustainability. The Reidsville, NC plant (part of its U.S. operations) offers dynamic, agile workspaces where initiative is encouraged, and sustainability is core to everything we do. Role Summary As a Packer, you are the final quality checkpoint before products leave the line. You'll prepare, package, label, and stage finished goods for shipment, ensuring each meets company and customer standards. This position is critical for maintaining product integrity and brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities Pick & Pack:
Retrieve finished items from production lines and package them according to established standards (e.g., bagging, boxing, wrapping) .
Quality Control:
Inspect items for defects, accuracy, and packaging integrity; report discrepancies.
Labeling & Documentation:
Accurately label all cartons/packages with batch codes, SKU, shipping destination, and other required info; complete associated paperwork.
Order Staging:
Organize packed product for shipping—stacking, palletizing, wrapping, and staging for logistics teams.
Equipment Operation:
Use tools like dollies, pallet jacks, stretch-wrapping machines, and occasionally forklifts under supervision.
Maintain Cleanliness:
Ensure workstations and packaging areas are tidy and comply with safety standards.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with production, quality, logistics, and maintenance teams to meet daily targets and resolve issues. Adhere to

Qualifications & Skills Education :
High school diploma or GED (preferred)
Physical Requirements :
Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs. (as needed)
Experience :
0-2 years in manufacturing, packing, or warehouse environments preferred
Technical Skills :
Basic math for counts/weights Comfortable operating manual and semi-automated equipment Familiarity with pick-and-pack procedures
Soft Skills :
Strong attention to detail Reliable and punctual Effective communication and teamwork Able to meet pace and throughput goals
