• Job Summary:
• Join our team as an Assistant Line Lead at Maxton NC and play a key role in supporting the production team. You will assist the Line Lead in overseeing assembly line operations, ensuring production targets are achieved, and fostering a safe workplace.
• Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to instructions Excellent communication skills Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
• Responsibilities:
• Support the Line Lead in supervising production line activities Monitor assembly line operations to guarantee accurate and efficient product assembly Train new team members on production procedures and safety protocols Identify and promptly address any production process issues or defects Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company policies •
