Combining dry and wet ingredients in industrial-sized mixers. Ensure product ingredients are mixed as the recipe specifies. Ensure product quality conforms to quality standards through the baking process. Ensure products are wrapped/bagged, and correct problems with machinery settings. Seal-out products with correct labeling for warehouse storage and shipping. Compliance with company-wide Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Meet all federal and state regulatory requirements and adhere to our SQF program What we require: High School diploma/GED or relevant work experience 6 months prior experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Understanding of production procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices Teamwork and communication skills.
