Full-time work during peak season (now through end of summer) with time off during the off-season. This path includes year-round insurance coverage and incentives, such as a $1,000 "Thank You" incentive at the end of the peak season and a $1,000 "Welcome Back" incentive when you return next year. Our ideal production team member has a great attitude, is eager to grow, shows up every day, and enjoys using their hands to help build our high-quality outdoor furniture. 1st

7a-3p ($16/h) + OT 2nd

Shift:

3p-11p ($17/h plus 8% premium) + OT 3rd

11p-7a ($17/h plus 8% premium) +

OT Interval Flexpath:
