Tie-In Operator

Responsibilities Prepare weaving machines for warp tie-in operations Troubleshoot and correct warp leases as needed Operate Staubli and other tie-in heads, frames, and related equipment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Work independently and collaboratively to meet production and quality goals Use handheld scanners for inventory and production tracking Operate a forklift safely and efficiently Follow all company safety and quality standards Qualifications Textile manufacturing experience is helpful but not required Paid on-the-job training available for the right candidate Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail Ability to learn equipment operation and manufacturing processes Dependable with good attendance and work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Forklift experience is a plus Benefits Paid on-the-job training Competitive pay Stable, full-time employment Opportunities for advancement and skill development Supportive, team-oriented work environment Comprehensive benefits package Experience and License Requirements Forklift operation (optional) Textile manufacturing (optional)
