Job Description

P&A Industrial Fabrications, a leading and growing company in the textile manufacturing industry, is seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join the team as a Tie-In Operator at our Roxboro, North Carolina facility. This role offers an excellent opportunity to start or advance a career in manufacturing, with paid on-the-job training provided for those who are eager to learn and grow. As a Tie-In Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our weaving processes, contributing directly to the quality and efficiency of our textile production. Responsibilities Prepare weaving machines for warp tie-in operations Troubleshoot and correct warp leases as needed Operate Staubli and other tie-in heads, frames, and related equipment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Work independently and collaboratively to meet production and quality goals Use handheld scanners for inventory and production tracking Operate a forklift safely and efficiently Follow all company safety and quality standards Qualifications Textile manufacturing experience is helpful but not required Paid on-the-job training available for the right candidate Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail Ability to learn equipment operation and manufacturing processes Dependable with good attendance and work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Forklift experience is a plus Benefits Paid on-the-job training Competitive pay Stable, full-time employment Opportunities for advancement and skill development Supportive, team-oriented work environment Comprehensive benefits package Experience and License Requirements Forklift operation (optional) Textile manufacturing (optional)
