• We are seeking experienced Machine Operators with Forklift experience to join a growing manufacturing facility in Salisbury, NC. This position plays a vital role in supporting production operations by safely moving materials throughout the facility, loading and unloading products, and ensuring production lines remain supplied with materials.

• Job Responsibilities:

• + Operate forklifts to transport bales and raw materials throughout the facility + Coordinate the movement of materials from trailers and storage areas to grinding machines + Support grinding operations by maintaining a steady flow of materials to production + Complete production and inventory paperwork accurately and timely + Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report any issues + Follow all safety procedures and company policies + Maintain a clean and organized work area + Work closely with team members to meet production goals •

Qualifications:

• + Previous forklift experience required + Forklift certification preferred + Manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred + Strong attention to safety and safe material handling practices + Ability to accurately complete production documentation + Team-oriented mindset and willingness to support others + Reliable attendance and strong work ethic + Ability to work overtime as needed •
