Production Worker Job Description We are seeking motivated individuals to fill three Production Worker positions. These roles include one day shift position from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m., one night shift position from 5 p.m. to 5 a.m., and one shorter-term night shift contract lasting four months with hours from 5 p.m. to 5 a.m. or 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. The primary responsibilities include materials preparation and moving raw materials. You will measure small amounts of metals into small boxes, weigh them, load the material into barrels, and ensure the product line runs smoothly. You will collaborate closely with operators until fully trained and then have the opportunity to be promoted to an operator position. Responsibilities Prepare materials and move raw materials. Collaborate with operators and follow training until promotion to an operator. Essential Skills 2+ years of manufacturing experience. Ability to read and follow operation and production instructions. Safe and proficient shop floor practices. Team player. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in production, machine operation, inspection, and general labor. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Salisbury, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.90/hr.
