• We are looking for a Material Prep to join our Shelby team! As our Material Prep you will set up, operate, and maintain set-ups of grit blast and plating equipment. Cleans, masks, plates, demasks, and identifies parts in accordance with all quality and manufacturing procedures.

• $21.01 to $30.33 _Please note that the hourly range information provided is a general guideline only, reflecting a position based in NC. • Your Challenge
• + Set-up, operate, and maintain set-up equipment used in the production of the company's product in order to carry out the manufacturing processes an acceptable level of quality with general supervision.

+ Under general supervision, responsible for proper handling of Hazardous Waste and keeping work area clean and free of safety hazards. + Masks, demasks, and cleans parts manually. + Plates a variety of parts to blueprint using manual methods and completes all associated paperwork. + Assists in troubleshooting plating problems

• What You Bring
• + Must be a US citizen + 2-3 years experience in a manufacturing environment + Heat Treat oven experience is a bonus + High school or equivalent + Ability to lift up to 50lbs + Comfortable with air tools
