Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
Keeps track and report employee time sheets. Completes paperwork for the Feed Mill, employees, and drivers. Completes and maintains reporting. Assists in data entry and record keeping. Assists in event planning, as needed. Serves as back up and performs dispatcher duties, as needed. Maintains strict confidentiality of all employee data Assists with various special projects as assigned Escalates problematic issues to Feed Mill Management Processes mail, routes phone calls to appropriate party, etc. Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent attendance record/4 points or less 1+ years of experience in this field or equivalent office work history. Be able to work with little or no supervision. Excellent computer skills including electronic mail, data entry Good organizational skills and follow through Communicate effectively with other hourly employees and plant management. Ability to work under stressful situations, deadlines, and sometimes conflicting timelines.

Environmental elements throughout Feed Mill areas. Wear assigned Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Be able to handle a high stress environment.
