Job Description
Role and Responsibilities Reporting to the Manufacturing Technician Team Lead, this role involves preparing materials for sensor assembly and order fulfillment with a focus on efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, follows instructions with precision, and maintains high-quality standards in every task. Organize, prepare, and assemble materials and parts to specified measurements. Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure precise assembly of parts. Categorize and organize parts by designated numbers for efficient workflow. Repair previous work as needed to maintain quality standards. Measure materials with high accuracy to ensure they meet design specifications. Transport parts and orders to other teams to progress assembly and meet production schedules. Qualifications and Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. A positive, professional attitude with a strong work ethic. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Enjoyment in building, learning, and developing new skills. Experience with measuring tools, such as tape measures and calipers. Dependable, reliable, and a team player who works well with others. Preferred Previous experience in a similar role or related work history. College or technical coursework in a relevant field.
