About Us The Daily Grind Cold Brew is a growing beverage manufacturing company focused on producing high-quality, exceptionally smooth cold brew coffee. We operate with a strong commitment to food safety, efficiency, and consistency, and we are building systems designed to support long-term growth. The Role This is a hands-on production position responsible for operating and overseeing equipment in our clean room environment. The right person will take ownership of their responsibilities while working collaboratively with the team to ensure production runs safely, efficiently, and consistently. Responsibilities Operate and monitor our brew system Transfer finished product to holding tanks Run the canning line Fill kegs and totes Assist with equipment setup and changeovers Troubleshoot mechanical or process issues Maintain cGMP and clean room standards Support an efficient and organized production workflow What We're Looking For A self-starter who takes responsibility for their work A team player who communicates clearly and supports those around them Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with equipment Strong attention to detail Organized, reliable, and consistent Able to problem-solve and take initiative when needed
Bonus:
Prior experience in the beverage industry, specifically with canning lines or kegging systems. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to push, pull, and move kegs, totes, and production equipment Ability to bend, reach, kneel, squat, and climb as needed Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) throughout the production shift Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Typical hours are 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Occasional flexibility may be required based on production needs
Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
