Job Description

PrideStaff is currently seeking for
IMMEDIATE START / TEMP
detail-oriented, hard-working individuals for a 1st Shift Production Operator role in Swannanoa, NC ! This is the perfect chance to earn a great wage while enjoying a 3-day weekend, every week!
Flexibility & Potential:
While this role is short-term to cover high-volume times, strong performers may be offered ongoing assignments or opportunities to be called back to work when needed !
The Assignment & The Perks Role:
Production Operator (1st Shift)
Pay:
$16/hr
Location:
Swannanoa, NC Schedule:
Monday - Thursday, 7:00 am - 5:30 pm (10-hour shifts)

Doing:
Line Operations:
Perform critical manual tasks including line feeding, filling, labeling, packing, capping, palletizing, sealing, and inspecting products.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct quality inspections during production. Continually observe products/materials, rejecting any that are substandard or not compliant. Immediately report non-standard issues to the Production Manager and Quality team.
Safety & Sanitation:
Maintain a safe work area at all times, wear all required PPE, and assist in maintaining sanitary conditions in your immediate work area.
Compliance:
Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately and legibly, including batch documentation calculations.
Team Support:
Assist with total line changeovers and perform all other duties as assigned. What You Need to

Reliability:
Consistent attendance and dependability are required. Attention to
Detail:
High accuracy and keen observation skills are a must for quality inspection and documentation.
Stamina:
Must be able to work a 10-hour shift (7:00 am-5:30 pm), including standing and walking. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and push or pull up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Eligibility:
Must be 18 years old and successfully complete a background check and drug screen.
Preferred:
