Job Description

Sirius Staffing is hiring Production & Assembly Specialists for a leading manufacturing facility in Whitsett, NC. This is a long-term opportunity with multiple shifts available. The Production & Assembly Specialist is responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting electronic components and finished products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.   • 7:00 AM Primary ResponsibilitiesAssemble electronic components and finished products while meeting production schedules and quality standards.
Assemble server components including motherboards, CPUs, memory modules, storage devices, and power supplies.

Operate manual and automated tools for assembly, fastening, and testing.

Perform visual and functional inspections to ensure products meet quality specifications.

Follow detailed work instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines.

Record production data accurately and report quality concerns or defects.

Perform basic troubleshooting or test replication to identify defects when needed.

Move materials using inventory tracking systems.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Comply with all quality, environmental, health, and safety requirements.

Minimum QualificationsEducationHigh school diploma or GED required.

ExperiencePrevious manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production experience is preferred but not required.

Experience with electronics or server hardware assembly is a plus.

Skills & AbilitiesStrong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Basic computer skills for data entry and production systems.

Ability to safely lift and move production materials.

Experience working in an ESD-controlled environment is preferred.

Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.

Frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Ability to bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive hand movements throughout the shift.

Manual dexterity to assemble small electronic components.

Work EnvironmentFast-paced, climate-controlled manufacturing facility.

Required PPE includes an ESD smock, grounding strap/shoes, and hairnet.

No artificial nails or other items that could contaminate products.
