Job Description

Accurately enters work packages into required systems on a consistent and timely basis. Performs technical audits of work packages to ensure accuracy and compliance. Interfaces with Production, Buyers, and Customer Representatives to maintain continuous updates on aircraft parts status. Manages data entry into the ERP System (EMX) for non-stocked parts associated with assigned programs. Coordinates off-unit dispositions to ensure timely repairs and return of components. Monitors and tracks employee hours clocked to tasks, assisting Program Managers and Line Supervisors with accurate billable hour reporting. Notifies leadership of variances such as excess man hours or unused materials impacting budgets. Acts as liaison between NSA and Customers for processing and approval of expedited parts (AOG, Priority). Collaborates with Planning Department to add engineering items and task additions to work scopes. Tracks ordered parts daily, coordinating with Purchasers to resolve procurement delays. Ensures proper documentation control by accounting for paperwork at shift end, attaching material certificates, and updating ERP records. Coordinates immediate return of off-units removed during maintenance, providing Shipping with required information. Maintains and updates audit logs, scans completed packages, and files all work cards accurately and promptly. Prepares completed records (work packages) for customer delivery in compliance with RSQCM. Provides detailed daily shift turnover reports via email highlighting pending action items. Supports document control functions within the maintenance work booth, ensuring compliance with SOPs, safety procedures, and use of required PPE. Works closely with Project Managers to reconcile unused or leftover parts, including RMA requests. Assists leadership by updating reports, monitoring accuracy of documents, and informing teams of required corrections. Performs additional duties as assigned.
