Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
Support electronic assembly operations through equipment setup, general operation, and routine preventative maintenance and calibrations Perform inventory transactions accurately Pull jobs and parts for open work orders Execute kitting/prepping activities according to manufacturing processes and manuals Maintain equipment logs and participate in continuous improvement activities Communicate team issues to the Production Supervisor and assist in resolving challenges Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment by following 5S principles
Qualifications:
Minimum 18 years of age High School Diploma or GED, or 2-3 years of warehouse experience Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift and lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs. High degree of manual dexterity and the ability to accurately count parts and perform basic math English proficiency sufficient for workplace conversation and comprehension of instructions and safety documentation Basic computer skills for logging in, simple data entry, and navigating key applications (e.g., Outlook) Availability for occasional weekend overtime as required Ability to function effectively in a team environment
