Job Description
Packaging Production Team Member Weekday (Monday-Friday) 6:00am-Approximately 3:00pm Job Summary Heartland Provisions is seeking Packaging Production Team Members to support finished product packaging operations. This role ensures products are packed accurately, labeled correctly, and prepared for shipment while meeting quality and food safety standards. Responsibilities Package finished products according to specifications Verify labels, weights, and packaging integrity Operate basic packaging equipment Maintain clean and organized workstations Identify and report quality or safety concerns Support line efficiency and production targets Qualifications Previous manufacturing or packaging experience preferred Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Strong work ethic and positive team attitude Reliable attendance
