50/hour (based on experience) 1st & 2nd shift available Most roles offer 4-day work weeks (Mon-Thurs) Overtime available on Fridays Temp-to-Hire with long-term stability What You'll Be Doing (By Role):

CNC Roles:

Operate and set up CNC machines, read blueprints, perform machining and inspections

QA Inspector:

Inspect parts, use measuring tools, document quality results

Finishing:

Complete final production processes and prepare parts for shipment

Shipping Clerk:

Package orders, coordinate shipments, manage documentation

Leadership Roles:

Lead teams, troubleshoot production issues, drive efficiency

What We're Looking For:

Reliable and dependable with strong attendance Ability to work in a manufacturing or warehouse environment Attention to detail and commitment to quality Willingness to learn (training provided for entry-level roles) Manufacturing or CNC experience preferred for skilled roles
