• Job Title: Production Helper
• Location: Kearney NE
• Pay Range: 17.27 to 18.52/hr with Shift Deferential of 1.25/hr
• What's the job? +
• Weigh gram bags for compound batches with accuracy and attention to detail
• + •Assist in producing rubber compounds for hose extrusion•+ •Operate equipment such as mixers, mills, or compound machinery (based on assigned area)•+ •Unload bulk raw materials from tanks, railcars, and trucks•+ •Perform forklift operations as needed to support material flow•What's Needed?

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• + •Manufacturing experience preferred•+ •Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving ability•+ Good math, reading, and writing skills with strong retention abilities + Basic computer skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment What's in it for me?
