  • Hayward, CA) is hiring a Production Equipment Operator to focus on hands-on operation of imprinting and engraving equipment in a fast-paced production environment.
This role is primarily responsible for running production equipment including laser engravers, heat presses, and direct print machines—to produce high-quality finished products. Artwork preparation is a supporting function to ensure accurate output, but the core of this position is machine setup, operation, and production execution . This is real production work where you take a job from setup to finished product. Set it up. Run it right. Deliver quality.
