Job Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Laborer and become a vital part of creating high-quality products! Responsibilities Operate forklifts and equipment safely to move materials within the warehouse or production area Use hand tools and power tools for set-up, repairs, assembly, and finishing tasks. Follow worksheets and work instructions to accurately produce quality food products Handle materials with care, ensuring proper storage, transport, and inventory control Maintain strict adherence to safety standards by using personal protective equipment (PPE) including respiratory protection and safety gear at all times Assist with receiving and loading trucks as needed to support production goals Conduct quality checks through measurements and inspections using instruments and other tools to ensure product specifications are met Requirements Prior experience in manufacturing, grain handling or warehouse environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools and basic math skills for measurements and calculations Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate equipment such as forklifts or trucks Knowledge of safety regulations related to manufacturing or food production sites; commitment to following safety protocols at all times Mechanical knowledge or experience with machining, welding, or fabrication processes is a plus Strong attention to detail for dimensional measurements and following worksheet specifications Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining safety standards Join us today to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to producing exceptional products! $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
