Job Description

Our client, in McCook NE , a leader in the manufacturing industry , are seeking Production Helpers to join their team. You will be part of the Production Department , supporting Mixing Operations or Finishing or Material handling . The ideal candidate will have attention to detail , strong communication skills , and a commitment to safety , which will align successfully with the organization.

$17.27 to $18.52/hr with Shift Deferential of $1.25/hr What's the job? + Weigh gram bags for compound batches with accuracy and attention to detail + Assist in producing rubber compounds for hose extrusion + Operate equipment such as mixers, mills, or compound machinery (based on assigned area) + Unload bulk raw materials from tanks, railcars, and trucks + Perform forklift operations as needed to support material flow What's Needed? + Good verbal and written communication skills + Manufacturing experience preferred + Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability + Good math, reading, and writing skills with strong retention abilities + Basic computer skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment What's in it for me? +

$17.27 to $18.84/hr with Shift Deferential of $1.25/hr +
Shift:
+ 1 st shift: 7
  • 3pm + 2 nd shift: 3 pm
  • 11 pm + 3 rd shift: 11 pm
