Job Title:
Production Associate $18.34-$19.34/hr Job Description This role involves accurately labeling packages for major parcel carriers in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You support daily shipping operations by preparing packages for distribution without operating heavy machinery. The work is highly repetitive and requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and reliability. Responsibilities Label packages accurately and consistently for shipment via multiple parcel carriers. Follow established procedures to ensure all packages receive the correct labels and documentation. Assist with general warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, and basic inventory support as needed. Use manual pallet jacks to move pallets and materials safely within the warehouse. Load and organize packages in designated areas to support efficient shipping operations. Maintain a clean and orderly work area, following all safety and housekeeping guidelines. Work cooperatively with team members and follow instructions from supervisors to meet daily production goals. Perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift while maintaining focus and quality standards. Adhere to all warehouse safety protocols, including proper use of equipment and appropriate attire. Essential Skills At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse, packaging, or general production environment. Minimum 6 months of experience in labeling or similar repetitive production tasks. Hands-on experience with general labor tasks in a warehouse setting. Experience with basic loading and material handling in a warehouse. Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate labeling and packaging. Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods while maintaining quality. Why Work Here? Work Environment This position is based in a warehouse environment. We offer a great 4-day work-week schedule from Monday-Thursday, with your choice of either 1st shift (6am-4pm) or 2nd shift (4pm-2am) and optional overtime. You work on your feet for most of the shift, performing repetitive labeling and general warehouse tasks around pallets, packages, and basic material handling equipment such as manual pallet jacks. The setting is production-focused and fast-paced, with clear safety expectations. Appropriate attire includes closed-toe shoes, jeans, and a work shirt to support safe and comfortable movement throughout the facility. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.34 - $19.34/hr.
