• Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• + Operate production equipment, forklifts, or other specialized equipment safely and efficiently while following established work instructions and standard operating procedures.

+ Monitor production processes, equipment performance, and product quality to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with quality standards.

+ Perform quality inspections, verify product specifications, complete required documentation, and report quality concerns or production issues to supervision.

+ Safely move, stage, and transport materials, ingredients, finished products, and packaging throughout the facility as assigned.

+ Perform equipment setup, adjustments, product changeovers, and basic troubleshooting to support efficient production operations.

+ Maintain compliance with food safety, quality, and sanitation programs, including GMPs, HACCP, and company policies.

+ Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), powered industrial equipment, and safe work practices.

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area while supporting continuous improvement and production efficiency.

+ Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and Food Safety & Quality teams to meet production goals and perform other duties as assigned.

• Physical Requirements:
• + Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday + Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment + Ability to work in refrigerated production areas and around food products + Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds
• Requirements:
• + Applicants must not now, or at any time in the future, require employer sponsorship for a work visa. + Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer. + Must be 18 years of age or older (all plant positions) + Must be willing to work overtime and weekends. + One year of consistent production experience in a production and/or manufacturing environment
• Preferred Requirements:
• + Machine operating experience + Forklift experience + Food quality assurance experience + Ability to effectively communication in English, reading, writing, speaking
