This position is responsible for leading production employees, ensuring quality standards are met, maintaining production schedules, and promoting a safe and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and support production team members Monitor production lines and ensure quality standards are met Perform quality checks and maintain production records Assist with machine operation and troubleshooting Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and company procedures Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required 1-2 years of manufacturing leadership experience required Experience in food, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environments a plus Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Basic math and computer skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 70 lbs occasionally Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment This is a great opportunity for a motivated leader looking to grow with a stable and expanding company.
Pay:
$18.50 - $19.00 per hour
