Position Highlights Temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for long-term growth Work in a non-climate controlled facility , giving you a firsthand role in a dynamic production setting Active, fast-paced position ideal for those who enjoy staying moving throughout the day, including: Standing and staying engaged for the full shift Moving up and down steps regularly as part of daily tasks Working in a warm, dusty environment that is typical of agricultural operations What You will Do Perform operational functions, including inspection and quality checks Assist with inventory tracking and accountability Load and unload products safely and efficiently Rotate between various tasks and responsibilities as needed to support operations Always cleaning dust around work area What We are Looking For Diligent worker Effective communication abilities Ability to lift to 60 lbs.
