Job Description

Manufacturing Operator (Flex) We are looking for a dependable Manufacturing Operator to join our production team in a fast-paced environment. Innovative medical device solutions in neonatal care, vascular access, and USP <800> approved products. About the Role As a Manufacturing Operator, you will perform a variety of production tasks including assembly, bonding, filling, packing, inspection, and equipment operation. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, flexible, and comfortable working in multiple production areas. What You'll Do Assemble, bond, fill, pack, label, and kit products. Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment. Inspect products to ensure quality and compliance with specifications. Maintain accurate production, time, and traceability records. Support machine changeovers, cleaning, and material handling. Identify and report quality issues, equipment problems, and safety concerns. Follow all safety, hygiene, PPE, and line clearance procedures. Operate a pallet jack as needed. Work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment. What You Need High school diploma or GED. 6 months or more of related experience, technical training, or vocational school preferred. Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail. Good communication skills Ability to read and follow instructions, labels, and production documents in English. Basic math skills. Good hand-eye coordination and ability to perform repetitive tasks. Willingness to learn and adapt to different production areas. Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP experience preferred. Schedule 4 days per week 10 hours per day Overtime may be required Work Environment Manufacturing areas may include clean room, pack out, extrusion, injection, and warehouse. Must be able to stand for the full shift and lift up to 25 pounds. Must be able to work in a fast-paced production environment. Employment Type Full-time Hourly, non-exempt

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
