Your tasks

Responsibilities:

Provide training to team members on new and existing standard operating procedures Able to perform all positions on the line and functions as a working production team member when needed Responsible for arranging OT, organizing call-out coverage, and line scheduling Ensure workstations meet all Safety, and 5S requirements by being actively involved with the assessment of all workstations per Quality and 5S guidelines Conducts audits and leads assigned cell's rapid problem solving according to production basics; and stops the production line if abnormalities are found and initiates escalation process Promotes a positive work environment and dedicates time to coach and develop team members Responsible for associate compliance to Production Basics (Training, 5S, Equipment Function, etc.), and responsible meeting hourly production rates / take time with tracking progress against the production schedule and escalate to the Supervisor if the line is behind Takes immediate action to identify defective products, limit production loss, and return to first piece standard; and performs machine down time investigation and makes first level repairs

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED 3

  • 5 years manufacturing/logistics leadership experience Excellent communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Aspiration and drive to grow and develop Excellent organizational skills Proficient with computer software
