Creare is focused on developing and manufacturing new high-technology products for a variety of customers and marketplaces. Creare is seeking an experienced Production Specialist, with a focus on electronics, to support its Manufacturing Engineers with a variety of responsibilities: managing parts procurement, collaborating with vendors and external manufacturers, and guiding electronic parts and assemblies through internal and external processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, experience in electronics, and preferably experience in aerospace manufacturing. Responsibilities Support Manufacturing Engineers with the production process from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. Oversee parts procurement, including sourcing, negotiating prices, and managing relationships with suppliers. Expedite materials and services with vendors and external manufacturers; ensure adherence to quality standards and deadlines. Implement and adhere to production schedules, optimizing workflow efficiency and resource utilization. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to maintain adequate stock levels. Follow safety protocols and quality control measures throughout the production process. Understand
ISO9001/AS9100
quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and quality assurance, to resolve production issues and improve processes.
