Checking Production Associate

Job Overview:

E&R Laundry and Dry Cleaners is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Laundry and Dry-Cleaning Associates to join our team! Great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with attention to quality and detail. Full-Time, Monday through Friday (4/5am start - finish) with weekends off. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Check in garments in computer system according to each bundle Check garments for any items in pockets, garment defects, unbutton blouses, etc. Sort laundry and place in specific categories Standing, or working "on your feet" for extended periods of time. Basic computer use. Maintain company standards of performance and comply with all. standard policies, safety policies and procedures. Other duties, as assigned: Willingness and ability to work in any area or department within the plant, based upon business needs and as assigned by management. Additionally, the individual will have the following characteristics: Capable of working in a warehouse environment, with elevated temperatures, fluctuating temperatures, loud noises, and moving machinery. Capable of lifting and maneuvering up to 30 pounds on a consistent basis. Team player with the skill set to work independently with minimal direction. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Adaptable to change. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Must be able to read and write the English language. Good hand/eye coordination.

Pay:

Up to $19.50 per hour
