Full-time Overview:

We are currently seeking a Production Assistant to join our team at Phoenix Screen Printing. As a Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the production process, assisting in prepping items during the final stages of the production process.

Responsibilities:

• Catching Garments at the end of the dryer
• Quality Control on each item printed, assessing for misprints, defects etc.
• Counting, Folding and packing garments properly
• Communicating with press operator on any printing issues.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment

Experience:

Required:

• Ability to multitask
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Motivation to take initiative when tasks need to be completed.
• Desire to work hard in a face paced environment
• Ability to work in a high temps and stand on your feet for 8 hours a day

Nice-to-have:

• Screen Printing Experience
• Warehouse Experience If you are a motivated individual with a background in screen printing and production finalizing, we would love to have you join our team.
