Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting the assembly, packaging, and quality control efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
Multiple shifts available (1st, 2nd, and Day shift) What's the Job? Operate, monitor, and maintain filling and packaging machines according to work instructions Set up or adjust equipment to meet manufacturing specifications Monitor product quality, identify faulty products, and discard or re-manufacture as needed Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis Assist with spray sheet application and packing of materials, ensuring safety and efficiency What's Needed? High school diploma or GED required Minimum of one year of manufacturing experience preferred Ability to pass standardized cognitive tests Willingness to work required overtime to meet business goals Proper training, PPE, and safety practices will be provided What's in it for me?
