Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Role Overview BEPC is seeking a motivated Production Technician to support manufacturing operations within a regulated production environment. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device manufacturing. The Production Technician will be responsible for supporting filling, labeling, packaging, inspection, and warehousing activities while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to maintaining high-quality production standards in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Operate filling, labeling, and packaging equipment in accordance with Production Manufacturing Records, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ISO requirements, and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs). Perform aseptic gowning and support filling operations within controlled aseptic manufacturing environments. Conduct in-process quality inspections and checks, including fill verification, torque checks, vision system checks, and label alignment inspections. Inspect products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Complete production documentation accurately, including Production Manufacturing Records and SAP transactions. Verify lot numbers, expiration dates, reconciliation activities, and product traceability requirements. Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and work surfaces following established procedures. Support environmental monitoring activities within filling suites as required. Assist with warehousing operations including material preparation, picking, issuing, receiving, shipping, returns, and internal distribution activities. Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Follow all safety, quality, and compliance procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, filling, labeling, packaging, or related operations. Ability to follow written procedures and maintain accurate production documentation. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work in a regulated production environment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or healthcare manufacturing operations. Familiarity with SAP or similar inventory/production management systems. Experience working in aseptic or cleanroom environments.
