Job Description:
In this role, you'll support daily production operations by leading warehouse associates, ensuring productivity goals are met, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. You'll help keep operations running smoothly while providing guidance and support to the team throughout the shift.Job Responsibilities:
Lead and support production employees throughout the shift Monitor workflow to ensure productivity and quality standards are met Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment Assist with training and coaching team members as needed Communicate with management to help resolve production issues and meet daily goalsShift/Hours:
Monday- Friday 1:00pm
- 9:00pm Job Requirements Previous warehouse or production leadership experience preferred Ability to work the required 1:00pm
