Job Description

We are seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our manufacturing and production team in Cranbury, NJ. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to work in various areas of production including assembly, packaging, material handling, cutting operations, and general warehouse support. Temp to hire
Manufacturing Associate Location:
Cranbury, NJ Shift:
Mon-Fri, 7:00am - 3:30pm Pay range: $19.00 - $22.00/hr (depending on experience) Responsibilities Assemble products and components according to specifications and drawings Operate production equipment, power tools, and shop machinery safely and efficiently Measure materials accurately using tape measures and other measuring devices Package, crate, and prepare finished products for shipment Assist with pallet building, material handling, and loading/unloading freight Perform cutting, tapping, and fabrication tasks as required Utilize scanners and other production systems to track work orders Maintain organization, cleanliness, and workplace safety standards Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals Follow company procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines Report production issues or concerns to supervisors and team leads Qualifications Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, production, carpentry, construction, or packaging experience preferred Comfortable working with hand tools and power tools Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the workday Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical work for extended periods Forklift experience is a plus, but not required Dependable attendance and strong work ethic If you enjoy working with tools, take pride in producing quality work, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply. #IND8
