Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Assistant to support our day-to-day printing operations. This role is critical to ensuring jobs are completed accurately, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is attentive to detail, organized, and able to follow job specifications precisely. Key Responsibilities Assist with printing production, including operating DTF printers and heat pressing transfers Die cut rubber sheets according to job specifications Clean and maintain screen printing equipment and screens Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of finished products Support general shop upkeep, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace Follow job instructions carefully to ensure production accuracy and efficiency Qualifications Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks Dependable and punctual Comfortable working in a hands-on production environment Previous experience in printing or production is a plus, but not required (willing to train the right candidate) What We're Looking For Someone who understands that accuracy matters—knowing job details is critical A team player with a strong work ethic Willingness to learn and grow within the role Compensation Hourly pay based on experience If you're someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time and enjoys working in a production environment, We'd like to hear from you today.
